I stayed up to watch it last night, it was erie. The sky was perfect and it was chilly, but the color was cool. Here in this God forsaken place called New Jersey, we dont get clear skies that often and when we do, there are too many lights and you can only see a few stars. The first time my wife and I went up together (to the lake) we went out to Rattlesnake at night and drifted in the boat to see if we could catch glimpse of some falling stars, and she could not believe what the sky looked like. She had never seen it like that before. I love the lake. And I am itching for a trip, next spring I hope.......
