BEST lobster roll
When the prices are down, I usually make it to the local supermarket and have them steam up 4 or 6 lobsters. I take them home and shuck them....cut them up...toast a fresh roll....stuff it and pour a little melted butter over the top and try not to devour it.
The leftover gets chilled and I add a bit of Hellman's mayonnaise ( this makes a difference, the cheap mayonnaise is awful ) I never complain about having lobster rolls 2 days in a row!
