We have been catching several salmon every morning trolling back and forth on a line from about 200 yds south of Welch to about 200 yds north of Diamond at about 38 feet using a copper Sutton Spoon. Troll at about 2.5 mph. We've caught many fish over 5 pounds and a couple over 7. Very consistent once you find them.
