We used to go to West Lake frequently. Food quality was always good and very fresh. We stopped going a couple years ago because portions started declining while prices were rising.

Have since tried Seabird on Center St in Wolfeboro on friend's recommendation. They use no MSG. We have only done takeout 2x which was very good but cannot comment on the ambiance or service level.
