Thumbs up trailers can be adjusted.

If the winch arm can be adjusted up and down the trailer, it shouldn't be a problem. Generally the winch arm will hold the boat where the tongue weight on the tow vehicle will be about 100 lbs.

If the trailer has bunkers, the tail end of the bunkers should extend to the transom, otherwise the weight of the motor may form a 'hook' if not properly supported. Rollers are not a problem.
