What a super group of people. I have learned so much about " Things " by reading various post and I am amazed by the knowlegde base that people have and are willing to share.
You have confirmed my idea that it's a welded unit .. boat size specific.
I really like the boat, but if I buy now without a trailer I will have to assume the winter storage fee, that I have been told ranges from 780 to 900 for a boat this size, including the winterizing effort
In my youth, pre wife / kids / mortgage etc, I had a brand new 21 foot century raven... just like the MP's used for years and I would take it home everywinter, put it in my barn, give it it's winter TLC treatment and wait for spring. That is what I want to do with whatever boat I buy..... thus the trailer.
