Well There could be a few reasons......

1) You have to understand Braun Bay is not neccessarily popular or the "place to be" from a Home / Camp owners point of view..... it is one of the best place to go and spend an afternoon from a boater point of view.....

2) As a home owner I might get tired of having my camp in a very heavily used portion of the lake. The piece and quiet aspect would be lost.
