Tilton is getting Target too - in where Lowe's is going.

I have heard from a few people (local chatter I think) that Christmas Tree Shop is "DEFINITLEY" going in..I have no idea, but would love to know for sure! Anyone have an in at the Planning Board? I know it hasn't been in the newspaper.
