Hello.....

Looking for a 'Home Inspector' referral. Found the following on past the Winnie Forum Threads. please add any others you may have, and comments.

All Lakes Home Inspection - Mike Spinale
Grand View Home Inspections-Meredith - Carls Horne
Thomas Fleischmann - North Sandwich, NH

BTW, property is a Condominium, located in Gilford.

On that note, being that property is a 'Condo', what would a Home Inspector
review differently that a normal residential property, or would/should they the perform same inspection?
