Biggest thing thing would be checking any appliances, mechanicals, and any signs of water leaks and or intrusion. One thing you should pay very close attention to is the associations reserve analysis for repairs budget. How many years or months have they been saving for capital improvements. This keeps the chances each unit asessed for these big ticket items to a minimum. Lot of condos are for sale on the water right now makes you wonder.
