Just my two cents but probably, no bidders will come close to the mortgage company's reserve minimum bid, and a tranfer sale will not happen. The lender wants to recoup its' mortgage loan and won't settle for less, hoping for a higher market price sometime in the future.
So, what's the latest? .... oops ... auction is scheduled for 11am...
