Not sure on how I should be reading this. Am I looking at a transfer of the same amount in the different states? I bookmarked the table and only glanced at it briefly as I am off to the yard before the snow.

Guess it is true that in New England if you do not like the weather, "Wait a minute!" It was so beautiful Thursday and Friday and now it is to be SNOW!
