This will be an interesting test for the "Pine Cone Restauranteurs". They did an excellent job of identifying an underserved market in Melvin Village and delivering a well positioned product to meet the need. However, I think Wolfeboro will be more of a challenge given the competition. Does anyone know what they paid for the Wolfeboro real estate?
