Same issue here....bills show Past Due amount that really isn't.
The first time I noticed it, I let it slide, and made sure they didn't try to collect any penalties or interest (they didn't). After a few months, I called, and was told "yeah, we continue to have bad bill processing problems. Just ignore what the bill says - we'll charge you the correct amount, and over time it all balances out." WOW, what an answer!
