If you read Lowes last quarterly statement, Sales are down 40% from their all time high. They have expanded into the Canadian and Mexican market to boost sales. They are into agreement to expand into Australia. Looks like companies need to go Global to stay alive. US is no longer the market it use to be.

40% sounds about right. 40% of the population have lost their jobs in the past 2 years. Many are 'underemployed' and making much less money.
