Looking out from Ames Farm and Belknap Point this morning there was no open water in view, sure looked like the Broads were solid. Maybe we will get a report later today from the Alton Bay fly-in pilots.

As there is more than a two week variation in time of initial ice set-up on the lake, the conditions are quite variable.

At the Glendale docks there were snowmobile tracks heading out as well as a track from a hand pulled plastic sled.
