The article in the LaDaSun said the old Laconia-McD will stay open for business while the new one is constructed on the same large lot.

Believe that the Laconia-McD is owned by the same company that owns the Meredith-McD. Meredith McD was totally remodelled with big upgrades about 2 1/2 years ago and it seems to do very good biz, so could be they want similar results in Laconia.

What the Laconia-McD has going for it; it's right next door to Laconia-Saint Vincent De Paul second hand store! Go there to find yourself a Taylor Made boat fender-bumper for one dollar or a type-lV throwable cushion with an azimuth imprinted into the vinyl!

Saint Vincent's must have a direct donation link from deceased rich waterfront folks from Governor's Island, or someplace like Rye?
