A new mexican restaurant is opening soon in the old railroad station building in Laconia, formerly occupied by Las Pinatas. Their website is

There is VERY little info there at the moment, but they provide a clickable link to an ongoing Facebook dialog that chronicles their progress to date, and gives hints about the menu items and when they might open. (you don't have to be a Facebook member to read all this). It's planned to be a "mission-style" mexican restaurant (explained in the dialog) that will have tables, but no table service. The description sounds sort of like
Anna's Taquerias in Boston (which are great if you haven't been to one of them). I'm personally looking forward to their opening.
