I just realized you are interested in the house NOT the land. The house looks to be of relatively good construction, and materials. Your lot is also wetlands though, so you won’t be able to use all those 4 acres. Also I am not sure why they didn't use public water, as there is a well on the property. Also the driveway is going to need to be paved, as that road gets a lot of water runoff, and will get really muddy in the spring. Also there is a neighbor about 2 doors down who collects junk, and plays his music really loud at night. I have heard many people call the police on him through my scanner, and they wish to remain anonymous for fear of the guy. There is a house right next door that cannot sell because of the "junk guy." You might run into the same problem, but you are a decent space away from him.
