I heard this also. I am curious to know what they consider snow on the ground, though. The tops of the volcanos on the big island have snow caps for most of the winter, I was thinking that would qualify, but maybe not. Anyway, pretty cool to think about, there are some folks that are not enjoying themselves in the southern states.
