Wallpaper ..is a WHOLE Different ballgame. Patching the wall board is one thing... but I don't see anyway to fix the wallpaper without re-wallpapering the
Entire wall...after the wall board is fixed.
BTW: Nothing is as complicated as the experts will make it out to be.
