Hidden Gem
I'm hoping a developer do not buy the property. One of the very few places on the water with that much acreage. Sadly there is too much greed on the lake. Beautiful summer camps being developed into McMansions.
It will be nice if they deed the land to LRCT or to the town and lease the premises out. I have been to the Kona Mansion for years. I remember back in the '50's it was the Kona Farm and my Dad use to pick up milk there.
During the late '60's, early 70's, they rented out the carriage house to Belknap College students.
