On the weekends I drive from the Long Island Bridge to Loon Mountain via Center Harbor...and I'll tell ya, there are stretches of 25B that are waaaay worse than that stretch of the Neck Road that was mentioned. Holy mackerel, but that road has some frost heaves!!
