That's wonderful news DRH! So glad Peter was able to rescue so much of what was thought to be lost.
One of the main reasons I chose to go with a mac this time is because of all the issues I had with my PC and laptop. I, too, used ZoneAlarm's premium offerings, AND their "super secure" wireless router - all for naught. I'm tickled pink with my macbook, but it's great to know that Peter is there if I ever go back to Windows.
