This was several years ago and the inspection station folks told that if it didn't come from the factory with tinted windows, it was illegal in NH.
Maybe this has changed but I don't believe so. Please double check before you spend your money.

on the statement regarding becareful as the state does not allow non factory installed tiniting. I had to remove mine also and what a mess.
