YUP: Spring is the time when breakdowns occur. NEW boaters who don't know anything about boats..... people who didn't winterize correctly..etc..etc. In fact, as a SPRING Launch Ramp ...."Observer", my observation has been that often enough, some boats never even get away from the dock. They are the lucky ones.

Others that actually get away from the dock and break down.....There is NO ONE out there to WAVE To to get a tow back. THE GOOD: Experience builds character. NB
