Hey, I have a great idea! It doesn’t have to cost much either.
Marine Patrol could come up with a training course. Then deputize us civilians. Then there would be plenty of coverage all over the lake.
Captain Bonehead will be a thing of the past.
I haven't quite worked out the overabundance of blue lights yet.
