Hey all:

I am running a 5K this Saturday, April 17 in Rochester to benefit Girl's Inc. I hesitate to post this here, but since it does not benefit me, I am going ahead with it.

If I reach $100 in pledges, I promise to run the course three times. Once prior to the race as a "warm up", the race itself and then another 5K
cool down".
