I think the silver bolts are levelers. The dark bolt in the middle of the mount appears to be the main bolt.

The CAT 1R-0755 is a fuel filter. CAT fuel injectors are 1/20th the diameter of a human hair and run at up to 30,000 psi so fuel contamination is a big concern. (I read about it
