To all who were waiting; Tavern 27 conducted its soft opening yesterday. This is the third restaurant I have opened and I must state that the Lakes Region customers show signs of being the best I've ever served. I am so pleased with the way my staff performed last night, and so flattered by all the great praise received, that I am going to tantalize some taste buds by offering a free lobster Tapas dish (one per table) to every one who asks for it while supplies last (about 35 orders).
