$500.00 for what is essentially a new prop from a dealer with a warranty and the chance to demo it (I assume) sounds fair. Why is it that people look for service and help and after you have provided it they want a price that doesn't allow you enough profit to keep the doors open?
We have a sign in our shop (specialty electronics) "QUALITY, SERVICE, PRICE, PICK ANY 2" We don't have to be the cheapest vendor in the world because we ADD VALUE to everything we sell. Our customers recognize that comes with a price.
