Heck, I'm working on a [ Saw Dust Injector ] for wood stoves and fire pits these days.

I've been using apple, cherry, hickory, peach, orange and pecan chips on the BBQ to enhance the flavor of my recipe's since years.
Makes a Big different!
Just remember, cook it slow... Turns up much better!
