My point was that this raft is not technically a swim raft, and may be exempt. (For now).

not from Winnipesaukee, but the raft in the photo is identical to one you could have viewed here last summer: Even then, I can't give the
actual location without embarrassing Lake Winnipesaukee residents whose clear-cut compound is in my all-too-plain-view.
