It's the same story everywhere for accidents on waterways. I'm just posting this as a reminder to all that think these things will never happen to them. Doesn't really matter where it happened, it happens everywhere.
At least the operator owned up to his egregious mistake. But such a young life is gone.
Please think of these tragedies when you're out on the water. Think of the people in your boats, the loved ones, and be careful, don't drink.
