Looking at the picture of the Mini out of the water there is a Large Dark "SPOT" about a 1/3 of the way aft. This would NOT be a place where you would put a thruster. When this boat was built..thrusters were not commom....if they existed at all. Thrusters are usually in the BOW..hence the term
