Try Lakes Region Airport Shuttle @www.lrairportshuttle.com. I've never tried them but their website says they service Manchester airport. Depending on the time of your flight, if you can get to downtown Manchester before 5:15, Concord Coach Lines has a bus to Concord and then change to the 6:30 bus right to Moultonboro. Bus stops at the laundromat/Dunkin Donuts shopping center on Route 25.
