I had posted something about the former Gilligan's in the new Restaurants thread last week or so because the for sale sign was down and the closed sign went back on th roadside sign. Today the Gilligan's sign came down and the oval support was painted the same color as the Berry Pond Motel sign which is right next door.

Anyone know the story behind the story?
