I too just noticed the speed limit change this weekend in Hooksett. Last Saturday I exited 93 northbound at the Hampton plaza. The traffic had a huge back-up in the 2 left lanes. As we went over 93 at the exit we noticed that the 2 lanes that had the enormous backup were the
high speed lanes. It was way faster to travel through the remaining exact change lanes.
