The only multi engine (4) prop plane in general service (civilian or military) is the Military C-130. It has a distinctly large tail. They like to practice "Steep Turns" and other maneuvers that civilian planes would not do.
They were required to do
Very Steep spiral descents into Bagdad in the early days to avoid "Flat" flight paths that would encourage hand held missile fire from the ground........NB
