A couple of decades ago we went to Mackinac Island, Michigan. (Ferry) They have the
Grand Hotel. Pretty impressive and quite well known. I think it's the last BIG Wooden Hotel in the nation. There are no ...modern vehicles allowed on the island. The only mode of transportation is bicycle or Horse Drawn wagons.
So my wife and I were lined up waiting for a place on the wagon. The wagon was pretty full. The Very Front seats ..just behind the horses..were OPEN. WOW. Did we make out or what..?? We took those seats.
When you sit directly behind those BIG horses....What can you expect.l..We had a front row seat as to how Nature Works...
