You can go anywhere on the Lake in any weather with that 20' Grady. I have a 22' and am an Islander and need the assurance that I can get on and off the Island and accross the Broad at any time. Besides, the reason that that 7 year old boat is selling for better than two thirds of its original value is it will still be around in 25 years.
