I was taking off my busboy station to become a waiter. The waitstaff were returning to college. I waited on a young family with 10 kids, from babies to teen agers. The children were out of control with food everywhere, the babies even 'heaved' all over the table. Customers in surrounding tables were complaining about how rude the couple was to their children. When they finally left, the table was a disaster! It took a number of us to clean the mess! No lie, the couple did not leave a tip!

Argie's dad used to work there in the 1950's. He says that it was on the left, right after the bridge. Argie says he ate his first hot fudge sundae there and it cost like $1. He remembers it.... And asks if you remember Nashville North, home of the bar room fight?
