Popular opinion including Jack Irwins' is that this is the Scamp. His father once owned it. Jack said it was 77 feet if I recall correctly, and I measured it by hand at 78'.
This scuttled wreck in Paugus is no secret exactly but it doesn't appear on any chart I've seen. Bizer shows 2 barges in this area. Prior side-scan images posted shows one barge nearby along with the Scamp, attached.
Stern is split into 2-3 pieces lengthwise. Large pipe about 4" in diameter coming off the bow, and quite long too.
Sits in about 16 feet of water-try snorkeling it as it can be seen from the surface.
