I try to like Harts, partly because I used to go as a kid in my single digit years, and years after that. IMO, the food was way better, even very good, years and years ago. The last few times I've been, it's just OK, and every time I return I think it might be the good one. The service is usually good though. It's just not for me anymore I guess.
