My wife and I have commented many times how surprised we are that there's not a 99 Restaurant closer by than Tilton. Personally, I think it would make a killing in the area. Comfort food that isn't "seasonal", take-out option, bar area for adults, kid-friendly, and most importantly it would be equally attractive to locals and visitors year round. I guess the closest thing to this would be Patrick's Pub in Guilford. I would venture to guess that they do alright! And they're located in the middle of nowhere!
