They have the funding...it's a monopoly, I know what they charge. The rate increase is not even reasonable in most cases. I strongly feel the state is going to have to reject their request and at most make them reconsider their increase to something a little bit more reasonable. I guess time will tell though and that's why I'm not an expert in the area.
