So far, what's been proposed to the planning board is Hannaford's, Staples and Lowes, with the possibility of a national chain like Chilis, Unos, etc. The main thing, in terms of timing (especially for Lowes) is the Cinema. They have a few years left on their lease. The Lowes that is being proposed is around 180,000 SF. The plan looks OK, lots of trees and landscaping. It will definitely be an improvement over what's been there for the past few years. The biggest impact for us, IMO, will be traffic. Not sure how that will play out.
