I did not ask for a commentary on my wife's eating, and I find this post quite rude. She is under the care of a doctor and registered nutritionist, and I do not see what give you the audacity to suggest they are wrong when you haven't done a medical exam on her.
I am looking for help finding places to go out where we can enjoy a meal and she can eat according to her doctors and nutritionists recommendations, not for unfounded attacks on something that is of no concern of yours.
