I did but your post begins with the following statement which is simply incorrect.

So you are telling me to do a little research on Celiac disease or gluten allergies? Hey, I'm open to learning but I can't wait to link this post to some of my former co-workers. They'll get a chuckle out of it. And yes, I am being a snob....
