FWIW: We haven't built an Oil Refinery OR a Nuclear Power Plant in over 30 years. This is because the "Environmentalists" blocked any efforts to do so. Now those same people are whining because they don't have cheap gas for their Volvos and cheap power for their 60" plazma TVs. Go figure.
